Looking Back

We have been blessed with another year. All of it centered around our precious grandson, Charlie. Sports are already becoming a big part of his activities. There was baseball in the spring and then football in the fall. Now it basketball. Christmas was good to all of us and then Charlie's birthday came rushing at us 3 days later. You will be seeing more layouts of both occasions, yet to come. I took tons of pictures.

Here is one from his birthday party at ZDT's (an entertainment establishment in Seguin). So many different things for them to play on and with. Fun for ALL ages.

RAKed by Carjazi Designs

LOOK what I found in my mailbox this morning! I was so very pleased to find this RAK from Carjazi Designs ... Zach's PJs. It is available at Digital Scrap Gardens.

Thank you, Diane
These papers are great for making layouts of my Charlie like this one. He got a kids camera for his birthday and he was out taking pictures yesterday morning. He came and got me to come out with him, so I took pictures of him taking pictures. Have to love it when your grandson lives right next door!

Birthday Supper

The party was Saturday, but we celebrated the real day Sunday with Charlie's favorite meal, chicken and rice casserole, and he got his presents from Mommy and Daddy and from Nana and Grandaddy.
The big surprise was the Mouse Trap game. He is saying, "MOUSE TRAP! I asked for this for Christmas, but I didn't get it".

Then the fun was Mommy reading the directions as every helped assemble it.

It took a while to get all the pieces in place and you can tell by the expression on his face that we finally got it to work.
Then it was all taken down and we all played the game. Lots of fun!

Party Pictures

Here are just a few of the many, many pictures I took yesterday at Charlie's birthday party. Yes, I am always a little wild with my camera at events like this. They call me the Nanarazzi.

First picture is Charlie and a friend shooting foam balls from a cannon.

Charlie waited in line for quite a while to get his turn on this bungy trampoline thing. Have to get weighed first.

The face tells it ALL!

They had pizza and then it was time for cake.

Then presents.

Then back to the games. Look at that face. He was so into it.

Then outside to the parachute drop. And it was way, way high.

I have so much scrapping to do. LOL

Birthday Party

Just got back from Charlie's 6th birthday party. They had it a this fun place where there all sorts of games and crazy things for kids of all ages to do. Besides the sit down video type games, there was a rock climbing wall, a trampoline where they harnessed you in and bunged you up and down. And outside there was a new parachute drop. Charlie loved it ALL. And with the presents from his friends it was like Christmas all over again. FUN, FUN, FUN!
I'll share pictures tomorrow.
